Bowling & meal with long term strategic client

No matter what industry you operate in, relationship building is key to success in the long term. So on Friday evening we held a bowling night, followed by a meal, with one of our long term strategic clients.

Mixed teams played 2 games with an overall individual winner who was awarded a trophy, which I’m sure is displayed proudly in the office this morning.

It goes without saying, but if you invest time and effort into getting to know your clients, listening to their needs and serving them to the best of your abilities, you are well on the way to successful relationship building. Offering a great service will encourage repeat business, establishing a loyal customer base. Once you have the right reputation, it is easier to gain trust and confidence in those with whom you do business.

If you take the time to get to know your clients you will be better equipped to fully understand what they want. Conversely, businesses which fail to nurture the needs of clients and customers are far less likely to achieve success, or may take much longer to secure the desired results for both parties.

We value all of our clients, be them new or existing, large or small, so if you would like to know more about Microtech Electronics please get in contact.

30 Years at Microtech!

Recently we celebrated Mo Akram's amazing achievement of 30 years working at Microtech.

Here are a few words from Mo: "Just a quick note to say that my time at Microtech for the last 30 years as been a memorable one and the years have certainly flown by (must be getting old!!!). I am happy to recieve the laptop from the company as a present and hope to put it to good use and can not wait for the 40 years service present!! I have seen some good and bad times (mainly good) during my 30 years at Microtech but have always endeavoured to give my best for the company and long may it continue. Lastly I have known some great people in the past and still working here who I have treated like part of my second family seeing as I have spent half of my life here (I will be 60 this coming January)."

We thank Mo for his fantastic contribution over the last 3 decades and hope he has many more happy years here.
